Your feelings about and your perception of your body are valid, and you get to have those. I need you to hear something: your body is the least interesting thing about you. I know how hard it is to accept that, especially in a society that keeps telling you that your size and shape are not only the most interesting but also the most important thing about you.
I can help you to feel comfortable enough in your own skin that you can go be a part of the world and live a life you love–no matter how you feel about your body. I pinkie promise, we'll skip past all those BS “name all the parts of yourself you love” exercises. At the end of the day, I will help you work through your feelings about your body, so that you don’t have to think about it all the time.
There are so many conflicting opinions when it comes to bodies. What’s yours? What informs it? Where has it come from? Do you want to think less about your body? Run a marathon?
